This guy is a thief. Took our deposit of $12k a year and a half ago and never completed the work. Just google them and read the news articles. They donâ t even have their license right now bc of how many people theyâ ve done this to. Disgusting.

Terrible experience. They were hired to replace windows, exterior doors, siding, soffit/fascia and gutters. They require a 50% deposit which is pretty standard and I had no issues paying this. The first red flag was they tore off and replaced the gutters prior to replacing the fascia. Red flag number 2... demanded additional payment outside of the contract terms and stated they could change the terms of a contract...nope. The final warning sign for me was when they ripped my siding off and tried to explain the full payment was required because my home was 51% complete. To top the cake, I end up receiving an email from a former employee of theirs claiming my money among many others was blown on motorcycles and lavish vacation. Hopefully, this is not true... otherwise I will be expecting prison time for those involved.

Worst ever! Lie after lie! After waiting almost a year the work was subpar! Windows don't work properly and trim job was horrible! Guys originally put it on backwards and communication was a challenge since they didn't speak English. They clearly didn't have proper training for installation. Check the Fox News report on this company!

The accounting department doubled bill me. I have been trying to get my money back for a year. I was told the woman sick and the fill in made a mistake but it happened 5 more times. Then I was told she had cancer so I was graceful but they donâ t care I lost my house to fire. I am still waiting & I saw they are being sued! I need help getting my money back.

Quotes were all over the place and getting it scheduled was a nightmare.

Paid them 50% down ($17,500) for a garage project in July of 2022 with a completion date "by late Fall 2022." With no permits pulled or ground broken by May of 2023 we canceled project. We are now going to court to obtain our downpayment back. To add to this, because we mentioned we'd spoken with a lawyer, Jerold told us he was also going to keep 30% due to cancelation. Read reviews before considering these folks.

Excellent work, done in a timely manner. Cleaned up like no one was ever here.

Be sure to get every detail in writing and be sure to retain full copy of contract that includes the fine print on the back. We had a costly lesson in being a shrewd consumer. I would suggest being very cautious when doing business with them. Details: We initially very impressed with the professional young man who provided our initial estimate. We selected high quality windows with many details of the specific work. He had us sign a draft contract. He was going to update the details in the office and get us back the full contract. We were not prudent consumers and went ahead and signed the paper and give them half payment. Then then nightmare began. Many calls to get a copy of the contract with no avail. After several weeks they called us and said our factory ordered quality windows were in but we needed to pay full contracted amount before they would schedule the work. At that point I should have stopped and called the better business bureau. No, I wanted to get the work done so I gave them several thousand dollars more. They were to be in and out in one day so I figured this this would wrap-up soon so the early payment was not a big deal. Mind you, at this point I still did not have a copy of the contract that clearly states; half payment upon order, half at completion. That was big lie #1. The scheduled installation day came. I arranged my work schedule to be available all day since the work required inside and outside access. No contractors showed. Lie #2. After several hours I call. Rather than getting an apology for the no-show, the manager (owner?) yells at me over the phone and raves why I can not just trust him to get the work done. That was the first week of December. Skip ahead several phone calls, reschedules and failed shows. The week before Christmas two guys show up. No windows with them. I find out they were just there to re-measure the windows then they were going to run to Menards and see what they could find. What the salesman showed us and what we were told we were getting was very low u-factor windows that were Energy-star rated for northern climate. What we ended up receiving is the lowest grade window off the shelf at Menards. Frustrating but far from over. After 7 different days of workers showing up for few hours at a time spread out over several weeks (remember, this was to be done in a single day) The work was MOSTLY completed. This was 40 days after our originally committed installation date and 60+ days after paying in full, That was mid-January. There are still a couple hours of work left but I really did not ever expect to see them again. I was right. On March 7 I called and they said the work was complete. As icing on the cake they posted several pictures of my house on their Facebook page. (pictures inside and out, listing my name and city). According to Facebook I was a very pleased customer and loved their work. When looking at their gallery on Facebook notice that they do not allow posting of comments. There is a reason for that. I asked the service representative to take down my home pictures off Facebook. I was told to read the back of my contract where it states they had the right to do that. In a way this was an ironic closure. The contract I was provided was blank on the back. What I should have seen on day 1 of the event ends up making one last stab at me in the closure of our business. Be a better consumer than me and be careful with this organization.

Company goes over and beyond to meet expectations!

There were a few hiccups with the work but once pointed out they were out at the site correcting the fixes within the next couple days

Did not start the work until weeks later than promised. Job took weeks longer than promised. There were a couple of problems that needed to be fixed and we were told they wouldn't schedule to fix the issues until we had paid in full. Elizabeth, who deals with payments, started out friendly but ultimately was very rude and hung up on us! Not a very professional organization.

Hired to rebuild deck, poor response after multiple contacts about when they would start project all delays no work. 5 months later I canceled contract, expect to hire an attorney if you do business with them.

I would not use them, they are not reliable dependable or honest. They never applied for permits that they needed to do the work on my house that they said they did back in May. I verified with my town hall and no permits have been applied for. They will not answer my calls now, if I do get an answer I am passed off to someone that cannot do anything, I would like to get my money back because it does not appear that they will do anything.

used employees as an excuse for not doing what and when they promised used office employees as a delaying tactic and shield for not answering questions would not return the deposit when asked

They came right out to see what I need done and they were there the next day working on my roof damages . They were very good at doing the repair and it looks great. Thank You Bay to Bay...

Be aware, I would not recommend them at all.

From the beginning to the end nothing but fantastic interactions. Seriously down to earth company that will work with you and your situation. I look forward to using their service again in the future!

I met Elliott from Bay to Bay at the Kalamazoo Home Show. He was pleasant to work with and very conscientious in working with me on the project. Bay to Bay sent out a crew headed up by Gabby. The crew of installers from Sharp Construction, consisting of Saulo, lead, Ignacio, Raul, Cesar, and Antonio, were all phenomenal. They worked very hard until 9:30 PM, were organized, and the cleanup was impeccable.

Work hasn’t started yet but they were willing to coordinate and work with the other subs on my project.
