Bay to Bay Exteriors did a great job of power washing my home. I really appreciated their honesty and attention to detail. My home looks fresh and clean and I am loving it. I will be using them again for sure in the future.

They did a great job, but left the leaves from the roof right at our front door. Josh said that was not part of the bid. Otherwise the work on cleaning the roof was everything I could have asked for.

Josh is a go geter! He is a hard worker and truly wants your business. He gives a discount to veterans and Home Advisor offer me a % off for my first hire, but I took neither. He deserved his full price. I got 3 estimates. Bay to Bay was the middle bid, but had insurance. I am very pleased.

Josh-had to do my roof in 2 seperate days due to weather and he followed through and finished the job today.the roof looks great

They did not clean the windows after washing the roof. There were streaks of white foam on all the windows.

I respectfully disagree, we always ensure proper clean up; especially when dealing with a chemical treated roof. We did get some rain after the tile roof was cleaned, this particular home owner did not have gutters, therefore some of the product that we use, may have dried on his window(s) after a light rain. We prioritize proper clean up, just as much as the roof cleaning itself. I also believe that this particular home owner was facing a violation from his HOA, therefore he was forced to clean his roof. He did pay at the time of service and we would definitely like to earn his future business. In my opinion, the white streaks were present after the first rainfall following the roof cleaning. JD
