They did a great job, but left the leaves from the roof right at our front door. Josh said that was not part of the bid. Otherwise the work on cleaning the roof was everything I could have asked for.

Josh was able to fit me into his schedule the day after we first spoke and kept me informed throughout the process. I was surprised at how quickly my roof was cleaned. Very professional.

Josh is a go geter! He is a hard worker and truly wants your business. He gives a discount to veterans and Home Advisor offer me a % off for my first hire, but I took neither. He deserved his full price. I got 3 estimates. Bay to Bay was the middle bid, but had insurance. I am very pleased.

They did not clean the windows after washing the roof. There were streaks of white foam on all the windows.

Great guys. Personable and very likable and a pleasure to work with. Very prompt in notifying and keeping me updated on the delay in coming, Maybe it's me, but it seemed the roof wasn't filthy dirty and I didn't notice a big change where I saw a major difference. They had said that's the color of my roof is (grey and not whitish) which is over 10 years old so I accepted that. Why I didn't give a full 5 stars was he said he was going to e mail me the receipt of paid invoice when he got home that day and didn't. It took several days of waiting and I had to call him and e mail him to remind about getting the paid invoice. He's had a lot of excuses on how busy he was running all aspects of the business which is fine but as a business man you do not tell a customer something like I'll have the invoice that day to you and do not keeper word and have their customer have to track you down to get it. Better to say it will take a few days than commit and do not do it. He eventually complied but it wasn't when he told me he would and after I had to contact him first. There was also some stain from the chemicals where the roof meets the gutters which makes the roof look really rusty and bad. He saids he is not responsible for that so I have mixed feelings about if would hire him again. He said it will wash off and it is now 10 days since and it hasn't washed off and I now have to scrub and finish the job myself.

Josh did an excellent job on an admittedly difficult roof. I appreciate everything he did making my roof look new again.

Incredibly hard working team returned my 1926 house to its original fresh beauty. My house has very steep sides and a white metal roof, but they tackled it. I was exhausted just watching them work, but now we drive around the block to look at our house, beautiful again! They did everything -- cleaned roof, walls, gutters, around the windows. Very happy.
