"Please read this entire response to see the context in which the above review was unfairly left. Mr. C was obsessive and thought his roof was more important than all customers before him. He called numerous times in very short time periods, sometimes 3-4 times under 15 minutes, not even giving our staff time to find an accurate answer for him. He then, as he admits in his review went to the office on multiple occasions. What he does not say, is that he did not just walk in and calmly speak to Melissa or anyone else. He was intimidating and pressuring her to give him an answer and get someone on the phone that instant. Imagine if you are sitting at your desk, simply doing your job, with the phones ringing constantly, trying to coordinate new schedules with customers and suppliers because of the rains storms earlier that week, and then all of a sudden the doors swings open and there is a man you have never met standing over you and starts peppering you with questions and intimidating you. It does not make you feel very safe. Then you realize it is the same man that has been calling non stop even though you told him you needed time to contact your techs to get an update. If you are alone in an office, it can make you feel very uneasy and vulnerable. He says he was calm.He was not yelling or screaming, but he was intimidating when he obsessively called and then showed up in the manner he did. So yes, our field operations manager may have not been as nice or professional on the phone to Mr C as we prefer, but he was caught off guard with the situation and was not going to let one of our office works feel intimidated and threatened when she was simply doing her job the best that she could. He was simply trying to let Mr C know that his behavior towards our employees would not be tolerated. Mr. C wants you to think that we are bumbling idiots that can't keep track of our roofing tech or manage a schedule.What Mr. C reused to understand, is that these men are out there on roofs, trying to serve their customers. Some roofs are steep and dangerous, not small, easy to access roofs like his own. They are often in harnesses or in the middle of a job they can't just stop to answer a phone call ever 2 minutes. We don't want them to stop, we want them safe and focused on the job. So when he makes it sound like we have no control over our roof techs or that they are lazy and unresponsive, he is being unreasonable and careless with their safety. The bottom line is that he was given a time frame of when his repair would be completed. We were still with in the time frame and would have been done early if the storms had not come. Our only fault is that we did no show on one of the days he was told, and there was a break down in communication between the tech and our office in updating him. We have a new person, and there was a break down in that respect. However, his actions of obsessiveness, harassment, and the inability to realize he was intimid"
