Bazer Custom Homes, LLC
About us
Ben Bazer has been a licensed general contractor since 2001, and over that time has bought, remodeled, and sold thousands of homes from Washington to Florida, and many other states in between. Retiring to Eugene, OR in 2014, Ben has continued to buy and remodel housing locally, with a focus on unique and challenging properties. Just recently, Ben has decided to offer his experience, and the Bazer Custom Homes team, to all Lane County homeowners. No job is too big, or too small, but every job will meet the standard of quality that Bazer Custom Homes has become known for. ***Unfortunately, due to increasing demand, Bazer Custom Homes is having to limit our services to projects of $3,000 or more. While we would love to continue servicing our clients with smaller projects, we do not want to compromise on the quality of our service, which includes timely responses and completion of work. Thank you to all past, current and future clients for your understanding and support.

"Ken, We never like to see anything less than a 5 star rating and take anything less into careful consideration. Your project definitely wasn't our finest hour, but that responsibility lies with me and not our employees. Bottom line, I wasn't happy with the quality of the paint job on your doors when they arrived for installation, and while re-painting them all in your driveway certainly wasn't our preference, it was the lesser evil. It was a challenging job, and I'm happy that we were ultimately able to deliver a quality result. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience the additional days on your job may have caused. We appreciate your feedback and will improve as a result."
"Susie, Im very sorry to hear that you are unhappy with your fence. Had I been given the opportunity to address these issues prior to leaving us with a bad review, I absolutely would have, and still can if you're willing to allow us. I can assure you that only screws were used to assemble your fencing. We do use ring shank nails to secure the pickets instead of staples like many others - we find the rink shank nails are less likely to fail than staples. We discussed adding a top cap to your fence but my understanding is that you weren't interested in the added cost. You were not charged for a top cap and it was not included in our contract, but we can certainly come back and add one if you'd like. The cost for a top cap is $3 per linear foot. We did use pre-stained pickets on your job, an upgrade that we did not charge you for, and those pickets come with a 5 year warranty, so if you have any issues with the pickets splitting, twisting, etc... please let me know and we'll gladly replace them. Again, I am very sorry that you are unhappy with your fence and would appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns. Bottom line, we want you to be happy with your investment. -Ben Bazer"
"Karen, I'm sorry that you were unhappy with your experience. Older plumbing systems can be difficult to troubleshoot and often times require "replacement" when "repair" is no longer an option. We'll gladly install the new kitchen faucet for you, just give us a call when your budget permits the additional work. I'm happy to hear the bathroom faucet repair is working for you. -Ben Bazer"
