Justin and his crew of people who couldnt even use a broom correctly were in and out of my house at random times over the course of a year and he never finished the job and ignored my texts and phone calls. the work is garbage and is already falling apart but the job is only 2/3 done anyways. i would never ever hire him to do anything ever again.

I had an emergency i was scared and didn't know what to do, I contacted home advisor and they connected me with 1800 water damage right away. I was surprised to see two women, they were professional and they was quick and thorough. We hired Justin for water remediation due to a leak with the hot water heater.   They just did a good job with water remediation and demolition. Then we hired Justin through his company, Buzzle Construction Home Service, to restore and remodel the bathroom. It was a complete disaster, and we lost almost one month due to a complete lack of commitment to completing the work as promised: A month later, Justin verbally agreed to complete the bathroom remodeling within 4 days, just as soon as the hardwood flooring installation was done, and a month later, the bathroom remodeling is nowhere near completion. Lack of communication and professionalism: we have called, left voice messages, and texted daily for the last three weeks. These routinely went unanswered. When we got an answer and promised to show up for work, Justin was either not on time or failed to show up altogether.  Poor quality of work completed: multiple contractors we have subsequently invited have all concurred that the work performed is inadequate and will have to be redone (see notes below). Lack of supervision on Justin part for work performed by his inexperienced employees. People show up multiple times trying to complete some tasks, with poor end results and; Lack of cleanup after performing tasks, specifically after sanding drywall.  I just hired a plumbing company to move the shower drain to the center of the shower basin and re-install the refrigerator ice line. Without our approval, we then saw a bill for over $1400 for this job. We learned that we paid $200/hr for the plumber 4-hour work plus materials.  ======================================  Unanimously confirmed by 3 contractors that have come to inspect the work and give quotes: Defects: Bathroom: Incorrect cement board used for shower walls, 1/4 inch as opposed to 1/2 inch thickness. It is not possible to use it as a base for laying tiles.  Incorrect or insufficient stud support for laying tile The largest wall, as well as the wall with the shower head, require additional support.  Remediation: The shower walls will need to be ripped out and redone, with additional stud support and cement board thickness corrected. The drywall above the vanity has no support for light fixtures and electrical boxes, either on studs or drywall. The wall is cut incorrectly and does not sit flush with the ceiling.  Unfinished/un-sanded drywall throughout, too much plaster used  Drywall by washer/dryer water connections, drywall cut incorrectly, no stud support for drywall.  Remediation: Cut/redo drywall sitting flush with the ceiling and correct openings/support for the electrical boxes. Replace drywall and add stud support for the washer/dryer water connection.  TV room and closet space: drywall tape was applied incorrectly and is now bubbling.  Unfinished/un-sanded drywall throughout, too much plaster used  Remediation: I will need to rip out and redo the drywall In addition, his junior team did not vacuum the dust after sanding the dry walls; the dust still sat all over the floor, and as a result, we developed severe allergies.

I called a couple of companies with my concerns and when I got 1800 Water Damage my search stopped there! I spoke with Justin and immediately felt at ease with him explaining the protocol from start to finish. 1800 does not charge a fee to come out to check your situation out and the other companies did charge and the charge was steep! When Justin came out he was very professional and checked our promises very carefully from top to bottom with me by his side. In the end we were lucky and didn t need to employ his company! Justin told me it s nice to visit a home that doesn t need their type of work occasionally and their was NO charge for his expertise! I would highly recommend Justin, from 1800 Water Damage as I found him honest and real👏

Justin called me within minutes of submitting a request. He was very pleasant and professional. He explained why our entire community is having a mold problem in terms I was easily able to understand. Since he lives in the same community he was able to get me a quote within 24 hours. His quote was half of that of Mt Pocono Mold removal who would either give a vague quote over the phone or demand $250 non refundable with a minimum price of $1195 whereas the whole job was done by Justin for a little over half that price. And it was done well. He sprayed the attic and sanded the crawl space to remove any present mold. We requested it be completed within 10 days so we would be able to sell on time. He had it done within 3 days just to ensure there were no issues. I can not recommend this company highly enough. Pleasant, prompt and professional. There is nothing that could have been done better.
