They laid sod, that went ok. However, he was supposed to service my yard (for which I've paid for the month of June) and he has not done so yet. As a result some of the newly laid sod has died. When he does answer my calls, he says he will do it. He has been saying this since May 27 and it's still not done. Would like a refund and to move on.

I am from northern Michigan, When I got to my house in Lake Worth the yard was a mess from not being here for 9 months. I found Mr. Bell on this site. He came immediately and was in and gone within 3 hours. I was so very impressed by his work ethic, attitude and fine job done. Just so impressive...hire this man!

He and his team did an excellent job!!!! Came on such short noticed and completed the job and cleaned up behind himself... He came back three days later and completed a second job that i requested!!! Will invite him back again!!!

Randolph Bell was a true professional, the first time he came, and he came on time. The following week not so much on time, then as more weeks went by there was always an excuse. What ever you do do not hire him to work on your sprinkler system!!! He has mine so messed up now, I have to completely have it done over. He changed out a 1 1/2 horse power motor for a 1 horse power motor, put on the wrong zone control, twice, and now refuses to fix the problems. In fact he wanted me to have him continue to work on fixing the system at $35 an hour! I would not recommend him for anything other than an expensive lawn boy!

"We tried our best to provide excellant customer service and felt like we had the carpet pulled out from under us when we read this reveiw. The customer's comments do not reflect the impression we received upon completion of our work. It's like a light switch being turned on and off or bipolar behaviour."
