I had to call him to remind him to show up, and ended up waiting several hours longer than we had agreed on. It took him about ten minutes to clean the carpets. I told him that there were pet stains,and he offered me deodorizer for an additional charge, but it didn't work; I had to go back and reclean the carpets myself. I would not use a professional carpet cleaner again, since I can do a better job with my Bissell steam cleaner.
