Knowledgeable and competent. Execution of pool services was prompt.

They were really nice and did a great job on initial cleaning of pooil. Decided to have them do weekly service and they would not call as requested, would not show up on days scheduled and sometimes not at all. They also hit our mailbox in fromt of us but would never fix it though they kept saying they would. Really disappointed after a strong start.

They have excellent customer service. Had my pool up and running in no time.

Nice Folks, did a nice install, they took away the old heater , and didn't leave a trace of them working back there. I also got some good advice and tips on other pool related issues. and I am very pleased with my new heater too! Nice Job guys!

Beach Grove Pools significantly underbid the other companies for the one-time repair of pool equipment. The technicians appear to be competent and deliver their service in a pleasant and enthusiastic manner. I highly recommend this company and its technicians to anyone needing pool equipment repair or monthly pool service.

So far my experience has been very good. We'll see how it progresses from here.

I have been using Beach Groove Pools for approximately 2 months. Before using Beach Grove I had a company who cleaned by pool on a weekly basis; however my pool remained dark green. Each month the other company told me about a different problem. Since Beach Grove has been cleaning the pool, it's now sparkling blue. They are consistent, hard workers and offer fair prices. So far, I am very pleased with the company.

The rep was very pleasant and understood the business.
