He went the extra mile in that when I had him clean the patio cover, he took the trouble to move a large wooden patio table and eight heavy wooden chairs so as not to have the solution rain down on them because the solution contained some bleach and would have stained them. Most appreciated.

Work was satisfactory but not inexpensive.

When rain gutters are clogged, they can be expensive. I always give a free quote upfront, which the customer then has the choice to accept, decline or discuss other pricing options.
