Technician is very skilled, experienced, and professional. Customer service was great. Text notifications on status are great. One issue though, Beacon is expensive. Their quote is 4 times higher. But of course, sometimes you get what you pay for.

Not the cheapest... but very responsive and flexible, and they provide other useful services as well. Check into their "Lighthouse Club", which will pay for itself with discounts off expensive services.

Faucets, Fixtures and Pipes Repair or Replace
Came out within three hours of request to fix a leaking pipe under the sink. Plumber Carl was professional, careful, and respectful of property. Quoted a reasonable price and fixed the problem within an hour. Looked at other potential plumbing problems in the house and gave me quotes should I choose to pursue further repairs/improvements.

Andre and Bryce came to replace an outlet that had melted down. They were professional and great at communicating what they were checking and doing. Due to some delays with the company my installation date was pushed back by one day but they made sure to put me as the second appointment of the day to ensure I would be serviced in a timely manner.

Our home was built in 1972 and most of the light fixtures are original to the mid-century design of our home. Things wear out and replacing gets expensive. We had a non-working light fixture in the master bath that in today's world is not up to code. The young man from Beacon who answered our call was very knowledgeable of the fixtures and was able to repair the non-working one with instructions to us that we must find replacements of a design upon which we can agree and that meets the code for use in a damp area, ie, bathroom. Beacon came to our rescue and we will be calling on them going forward. All employees with whom we spoke and especially the technician who came to our home were extremely polite and professional.

I was able to get an appointment rather quickly. The electrician that came out ran me through a full upgrade of my eletrical panel and the value it would bring to my home. I had recently gotten a sump pump installed and he gave me a few options for a power source for the pump. I ended up signing up for their membership which saved me about 10% off the electrical panel and gets me one free test of the eletricity and plumbing a year. Overall 10/10 experience.
