"Hey Rick, We are very sorry that you are unhappy with the work we provided. The reason there is an additional service amount is due to the fact that we cannot tell the condition below the already laid flooring. In your case, the flooring was not leveled and would result in cracked tiles. Although you might think there is an area that has tile over tile, we can guarantee that is false. We do not lay tile over tile because it would result in cracks along with we have images from all completed jobs including yours that show that is not the case. If you need us to further explain the work we are more than happy to do so. We respectfully ask that."
