TX-Star Industries, LLC

Fine

The work was done in very good time! Very nice and experienced worker! I highly recommend this company!

Prompt response. Used the same company 4 years ago.

Quality work and

professional, knowledgeable

They were professional, reasonably priced, showed up on time and did what they said they would do.

The technician was great about explaining what needed to be done.

TX-Star responded right away to my request. George arrived within an hour. He found the problem immediately and corrected it quickly. He was friendly and courteous, and cleaned the area thoroughly when finished. The price was reasonable, given the fast response.

Communication was great, response time was great, and the work performed was professional and fixed the problem which saved us quite a bit because if it was not fixed quickly many other major problems would have occured.

He vacuumed the drains and was done in less than 5min. A break on price would have been nice, I paid 144.00 , it was a shop vac. !!

Work was done fast with minimum cost.

Great! Showed up fast. Got the job done. Explained everything. Awesome!

They were the first company to respond to the request of clearing a clogged drainpipe. Arrived within two hours of the initial contact. Professional, friendly took care of the issue.

We had a very bad clog. It took them 5 hours of pressure washing our pipes to clear it out. Their persistence paid off.

On time and fast.

1st company to respond to my request. They were on time and cleared the blockage before using a camera to inspect the 53 yr old line. I was very pleased with the price as I have been quoted prices considerably more for camera inspection. I would not hesitate to use them in the future.

They were great. Showed up in an hour and took care of the issue. Very professional

They were efficient when they got here and did the drain clean-out and repair work quickly. And they came within the time slot as promised. My other usual plumber was not available that afternoon and I needed someone to come out quickly, because the drain line out of the disposal was completely plugged up. That meant that the dishwasher could also not be used until the line was unplugged. A great experience; thank you!

Quick response, great service.

Came, looked and told us problem with gas. We had to get others to fix.

Fast, honest and affordable.

Good service,0n time and affordable

I feel taken advantage of. They came out right away. We had an emergency sewer back up in the shower and I am in a wheelchair so I needed service right away. I was told they had a $99 drain cleanout special but when the worker got here he said bc he had to locate the clean-out valve outside it would be $500. When do you not have to locate it? Seems fishy to me. I am in a wheelchair so this shower is set up for me specifically so I had to get the sewage out of my shower so I feel they took advantage of that with the bait and switch in the pricing. I questioned it and he said if you want it fixed that is what it will be. I feel that was poor customer service and pricing to take advantage of me bc I needed emergency service and I am in a wheelchair.

I think i could have gotten it done cheaper.

Came out on time and fixed my MILs bathroom plumbing issues. I will call them again if I ever have other plumbing issues!
