Lizette the owner, was very friendly and knowledgeable of the type of repair work that would be needed in my condo. The crew that arrived were on time and maintained professional attitudes. I saved thousands of dollars having the tracks replaced and stripping replaced. I highly recommend that company for window and door repairs.

My wife and I were having issues opening and closing the sliding doors, and to the point that she could not open it at all. Coincidentally, I saw the ad in the local paper, and contact Beacon Windows. Miss Alyson explained every step to me, was an angel. Very patient with all my questions and so very pleasant to deal with. Excellent work. the repairmen who did the work were very personable, professional and they cleaned up everything when they were done. Very respectful of your home. Would highly recommend it.

Very Professional, friendly, reliable, had a glass sliding door that needed repair. Service man showed up, less than a half hour door was fixed, and he was on his way to next appointment. fair pricing as well. Will absolutely use this company again. Highly recommend.
