I hired them to do a complete roofing install, everything was fine this spring, Some of the caulking they put on roof is already splitting and a piece of siding came off while installing roof, Both projects would probably take under a half hour, They told me they would take care of issues but have not, I have called them multi times.

Bealing replaced my roof, gutters, and added gutter guards to my large square foot ranger. I would recommend them. Josh, their Project Consultant, was very easy to work with and very informative about the condition of my roof and the work that would be done. Their crew did an excellent job on installation and cleanup. The job took two days for the roof; most of the work was done on the first day with final touches and cleanup on the second day. A second crew took another two days to install the new gutters and gutter guards. They did a very good job at installation and cleanup. Because of the weather, at the time, it was difficult to schedule the work; but Josh keep me informed and worked with me to schedule the work. They kept to the quoted price, no additional charges. I am very happy with the work their company did.

Project Manager, Doug, was very knowledgeable and worked with us as we worked with the insurance adjuster. The install crew was efficient and courteous and did a thorough cleanup when they finished. The crew worked like a well oiled machine. Our next project with Bealing is to remove and repair drywall and paint a bedroom. I have very confident this will go as smoothly as the roof! He was very professional. Well organized. Kept to the price-no hidden fees; very fast and efficient. He covered up the lower part of the house to prevent any potential damage as the old roof was removed, and cleaned up thoroughly with magnetic rollers, as promised. Very satisfied. This is the first time I have ever written a review for a contractor. With 5 kids I don't always have the time to stop and write one and frankly I have only received average service for any contractor we worked with up until now. That being said, we are so pleased with the work we received from Bealing Roofing that it warrants the time to write a review. The first encounter we had with Bealing Roofing was with Mr. Bealing himself. He came to my house and checked out the condition of my roof. Not only did he tell me options I didn't realize were available to me but he was even willing to install a necessary fix we needed right then, and do it for free. He was friendly, knowledgeable and respectful of my time throughout the whole process. The quote he gave us was fair and reasonable. The job they did was outstanding. Every member of his work crew was respectful and hard working. Every part of our interaction with his company was excellent. It was by far the best service we have ever received. I would recommend Bealing roofing to anyone who wants a great (not good) job done, reasonable pricing and an overall, excellent experience.

They contacted me within ten minutes of posting on home advisor. They arrived the next day and gave me a reasonable estimate. They arrived on time the day of the service and quickly made the repairs,

Did exactly what I wanted done. Worked fast. Repaired it on the spot. He called me when he few was going to be a few minutes late which I really appreciated.

I woke up Friday morning to water dripping onto my sofa from a leak in the roof. I contacted Bealing Roofing & Exteriors by email on Home Advisor. I spoke with Dave, he said he was in my area today. Dave came to my house, inspected the roof, and suggested what needed to be repaired. Dave then made the needed repairs on the spot! I'm very glad I called Bealing Roofing & Exteriors. They did a great job! They bent over backwards to fit us into their schedule so my house wasn't without shingles when it rained next. I appreciate everything they did for us and will use them when it's time to replace my roof.

They are very fast to get back to you. They are very polite and know what they are doing. They helped very much and now I am having an adjuster come from my insurance to take a look at my roof and they may paid some of my experience for a new roof. I would recommend Andy and Doug to any person having trouble with their roof.

How quick they responded

Not only did Bealing give me the best price for a large project, they were very detailed! Chet is an excellent sales rep, and even Andy, who is the owner, was on site for the project! My roof was complete in 2 1/2 days and I've been getting numerous compliments from my neighbors. I definitely recommend Bealing Homes!
