This was a simple hose replacement. The 110 wire was shorted after 10 yrs of use. BUt the also reworked how the hose connects to the beater bar. Nicely done. All within 24 hrs. They were friendly and courtious.

The service rendered by Richard was excellent however, dealing with the person in charge of the office was upsetting. The 2 motors that needed to be repaired cost $149.00 each and he wanted to charge me $320.00 each plus 2 hours to replace them which takes 1/2 an hour total. When I told him that I would pick up the unit and take it to another dealer he finally gave me a reasonable price. Just for the haggling, I wouldn't recommend them. The actual service was great.

"We regret the misunderstanding that caused this customer's negative feedback. The service tech was new and gave prices for larger and more expensive motors without checking with the office first. When we realized the error we corrected the price. We don't know how the customer thought we were charging for 2 hours of labor since we have a set service charge that includes labor and travel time."

Took sometime to get in touch at first but the service was good and the serviceman was polite and explained things very carefully to me. Did have to return to fix a problem that he should have anticipated, but he apoliged and fixed it. Very happy with the service thus far.
