This is the second time I have used them. Shaun, the Technician is AWESOME!!! He comes exactly when he is scheduled, he is very nice, very knowledgeable and gets the job done. The owner said he always does what the homeowner says, no matter if he knows it is wrong or not, he said he will always do what the person wants, even if he knows it is not the right thing to do. He believes everyone makes their own choice and they should know better than to make the wrong one, think before you hire this company.

Response from Company:

This is far from what the conversation was and at times no matter what we advise the customer, our advice is misconstrued to fit what the individual is thinking. This particular situation was about a compressor change out on an older condenser. The customer had a Home Warranty Plan and it was advised to replace the system and not make any repairs and without regard to our professional advice and warnings, the customer and warranty company chose to replace only the failed compressor. After the repairs, sometime later, the condenser coil failed and began leaking causing the new compressor to fail yet again. The condenser coil was obsolete.

    We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
