There were a couple of small errors through the job,but nothing that ruined the outcome. Some learning curve was expected as they are newer to the business.but prices were very good,and the overall project came out great. We get lots of compliments on it. we did a 1200 square foot patio which is a lot to handle. I've recommended them already

Ryan always responded quickly. Ryan and the crew showed up on time and worked hard. The only reason we did not rate them as a 5 was due to communication struggles over stamp patterns and colors; we had no experience and needed to rely on their expertise for guidance and they did not realize that some of the stamps had the same name for 2 different patterns resulting in a mix up. Also the colors from the color wheels are not always available or exact but were worked out with a phone call to the supplier. In the end, we love our new walk and step and would recommend Bear Brothers.
