He provided exceptional customer service, always arrived with a positive attitude and communicated plans and progress reports every day. He always made certain that everyone was aligned on the expectations before beginning each stage of the project. Bruce and his team were extremely efficient, timely and managed every curve ball we threw at them with ease. He was patient and accommodating to several requests made after our original agreement. Bruce is the kind of guy at the end of the day that youâ re glad to have met regardless of whether or not heâ s doing a job for you. You can feel his sense of pride in the work he does and his level of professionalism is unmatched. Bruce and his team completed my two story garage with lean-to in a short period of time and the quality of their work was outstanding. I have worked with contractors for 45 years and these guys are by far the best I've dealt with! They all valued my input as I did theirs. Bruce Peachee was professional, on time, communicated well, and went out of his way more than once to accommodate on this roofing job. Not only did he do a fantastic job on the roofing, he is also an accomplished carpenter. He will be putting in a new roof on my barn, and helping me clean up the inside of a shed, building proper storage for misc farm equipment. He delivered a neatly written estimate and proposal for all the work that needed doing, was well equipped, and he accomplished everything ahead of schedule and on budget. The dedication and quality of work performed was superb! They were ALWAYS on time, hard working and not only cleaned up but cleaned out my gutters as well. My next project will be new gutters so Bruce kindly offered a revisit if need be as well as a follow up if the current design and gutters fail to work together. I am currently utilizing the current wet weather to assess that possibility. Lastly, my 'NEW' Gray metal roof looks amazing ! I only wish this forum allowed me to share the photo's I took!
