If you looked up 'customer service' in the dictionary, you would see Hellman's picture. He double and triple checked our irrigation system to make sure water was not leaking after fixing one valve and taking a rock out of another valve. Plus, he checked all the sprinkler heads and made adjustments as needed to make sure they were directed to the right areas! That is going the extra mile and I sincerely appreciate it. And all this happened a day earlier than originally scheduled thanks to Jeff! Thank you!

Jeffrey came to our home and checked out and repaired everything to insure we would have a happy yard especially as the our rain takes a breather. Soon after testing the controller failed and Bear Creek stepped up getting a warantee on the controller and making the repair/swap expeditiously. Jeffrey kept me totally informed and really helped us out. Bear creek installed our irrigation system and maintains it as well.

Solid work. Very good at additional projects like sprinkler maintenance, drainage, etc.

Review update 7/6/26 Fraudulent billing $37,477.00, for work and materials not provided. Gross mismanagement resulting in defective work and damage to property. Did not install frame for 15'x16' foot TimberTech Azek deck, did not install protective wrap on deck frame, did a poor job on plank install. Planks separated from frame 11 times. Did not install all of racoon shield only 10' of 48' required. Worked on the wrong water feature which resulted in its destruction. The repair was supposed to be done on the front yard water feature in the SW corner of the yard. Instead they made a mess of a back yard water feature leaving it in a nonworking mess. The did not move a thousand pound boulder as they claimed they had. This boulder was sunk 14" into the ground. They sent 6 men, only 3 of whom could put their hands on the top of the boulder. They bent over at their waists and tried to push this rock up an incline. They started d this work ahead of schedule while I was out of town. REPLY TO THE SERIVCE PROFESSIONAL; They are lying; there was never a signed contract. I am a senior citizen, and at the time of their visit, I was legally blind. Furthermore, I was out of town when they arrived to begin the work, having explicitly informed them beforehand of my departure. The agreed-upon scope of work required them to construct the deck frame and cover it with Azek material. They were also supposed to apply a protective coating over the framing. Because this is synthetic material and not natural wood, proper foundational work underneath was critical. However, the deck planks were not installed properly and keep popping up, separating from the frame. Additionally, they agreed to move a 1,000-pound boulder, stating they would use a crane, but they never brought the equipment or moved the boulder. they destroyed the wrong water fountain in my backyard. They did not work the correct fountain in my front yard. When I complained, they sent out a crew without any instructions, which only caused further damage to the fountain. I continued to complain, but the company purged their files. An employee admitted to me that my files had been emptied. Although she told me to contact her directly if there were further problems, she became completely unreachable. She then promised that their operations manager would contact me. When I called last week and spoke with Kevin, he claimed they had no record of my job, my payments, or the work performed. The files have been completely purged. Fortunately, I have kept copies of their correspondence and my canceled checks. I intend to proceed with fraud reports to the appropriate government agencies. Melissa Keene sent me a copy that was all lies. They were hired to move a boulder away from a disputed property line and build a screen behind the boulder inside the disputed property line. Their crew was not able to move the boulder as required. And just left it. They did not use a fork lift as they had promised. The screen was installed three feet outside the property line, this put in the wrong place. I did discuss this with the crew manager//sales man that sold the job and had many excuses why they did not finish the job. I complained . I was ignored or gaslighted. They did work I did not want and billed for work they did not do. I have communications from them that contradict the communications they now have in their records. I did pay for the forklift that never materialized. Their operations manager continued to gaslight and told me they would not spend any more time with me. She said if I sent her photographs she would not look at them.

Very responsive and prompt. Went above and beyond the quoted service to ensure the project was done right the first time. Really enjoyed working with the team!

Reviewed different options for the project, was personable and updated progress on the project regularly. Project completed on time and at anticipated cost. Excellent cleanup at end of the project. Will hire in the future for other projects.

Dan and his crew started early and worked hard to dismantle, repair, and rebuild the pond. When we discovered the next morning that a leaking spot had been missed, they came back out quickly and solved the problem. All is well now and I would recommend them to others. It seemed a bit expensive, but I have no comparisons to properly evaluate that.

Bear Creek Landscaping recently designed and installed a major revision of our front and back yards. We are thrilled with the beautiful transformation . It was easy working with Daniel Nichols, the Bear Creek designer and our project manager. He promptly returned calls, worked with us collegially, and incorporated our ideas and preferences to create a truly artistic design. We were also impressed with Jose and his crew who worked efficiently and carefully to execute Dannyâ s plan. For any future projects, our first and only call would be to Bear Creek Landscaping

This company did a terrible job on landscaping my back yard, which included installing an irrigation system, two slate patios, numerous plants and sod. They fired the Superintendent that handled my job but never offered to fix all of the messes he made, and they threatened to sue me in civil court if I didnt pay the remaining balance on the contract, about $1k, which I thought they were granting to me for all of the damage they did to my property. In addition to having to get the $4500 irrigation system fixed, which Im reviewing with another contractor now, the Superintendent they fired got sealant glue all over my slate patio pieces in numerous places, which is quite ugly. It turns out he didnt know what Klingstone was, even though he said he did, and I hired another contractor to come in and install the Klingstone between the slate pieces in my two large patios and walkways. You can see the dried glue on the $7800 Pennsylvania Bluestone and its very unattractive. The owner of this company doesnt care. The crew that did the work under the Superintendent was nice as was their irrigation specialist, who later visited the project after the Superintendent had been fired, to try to navigate all of the issues I was having with the water pooling in areas, they system not watering all of the plants, but watering my new expensive fence in several areas. He also told me the irrigation system was installed incorrectly and recommended several corrections. The crew had to redo some ground work since the Superintendent didnt give them accurate direction. And they also didnt put enough soil under the sod so its not absorbing water very well, which is an issue. I highly recommend you look for another company for any landscaping or irrigation work.

Worked with Kyle and team on a major make over of my landscaping. In 3 days my yard was completely transformed. Kyle knows his plants, what goes with what and what goes where. Very professional, great work and outcome. I would recommend them.

I hired them for snow removal. They came in time with a crew, cleaned up the driveway and pre treated with ice melt. Next day they called and enquired if I needed service again. I did not, but appreciate the call.

The work was completed with specified estimate cost and in timely manner.
