Felt like it was company of a bunch of kids out of highschool didnt feel confedent something would not be damaged

Good price, did exactly what we needed. This project was over a year ago... sorry I didn’t do a review sooner!

Luckily I was home when they came. I wouldn't have like it if they came and did the work w/o my being here.

Very quick to respond, lower rates than others after shopping around for shrub removal.

Antonio first arrived at my house and gave a good expert assessment of one tree being pruned and the other trimmed with shears. The crew who arrived the following week did a poor job shearing both trees, not following Antonio's instructions. Upon hearing about this and viewing the work quality, Antonio came to my house personally and corrected the problems with fantastic work quality. I believe in second chances and the company quickly corrected the mistake. For this reason I recommend the company and will gladly do business with them again.

I initially wanted to hire them for my tree trimming but they were too far out on the schedule, about a month and a half out from the time I received the estimate. However, I did use them for a deep root treatment.

Job completed when out of town but understand why

I hired them but they are not scheduled to do the work until mid August. I will update my review after they have completed the work. At this time, they came out to do the estimate and provided a proposal in a very timely manner. The were the best priced compared to the other 3 contractors that came out. They seemed knowledgeable about the type of trees we had and what needed to be done. UPDATED REVIEW: Although the price was right, the quality of work was below my expectations. I had high expectations based on the stellar reviews. The crew was scheduled to come within a 4 hr window when I would be home; they didn't show up and I called the office twice. I was told the crew was still on another job and that they would come out first thing the next day. They did but, it seemed rushed, so I called the office to have the crew come back to fix the areas not done properly. They fixed it and I would say it was an ok job. By the way, I wasn't home any of the times the crew was out. I would suggest better communication between the crew/office and customer. I didn't receive a call back when the crew was due to come back (3rd time), and I wasn't home when they did. Also, their main email address on their website bounces back so best way to get a hold of them would be to call. Seems like something they need to fix.

Really happy with the job they did on trimming my 2 front maple trees. They seemed a little expensive but I did not do a good job of shopping around, so if they were, that’s on me. I would work with them again and recommend them to friends.

Bear Creek sent out a crew to remove 7 large trees in my yard. All were professional, friendly, and efficient. No slackers in this group. I really appreciated how they listened to my concerns and took further action. Couldn’t have asked for a better clean up. I will definitely hire this company in the future and have already recommended them to my neighbors and family.

The crew was efficient, professional and personable. They did the job for the quoted amount and cleaned the entire area including what blew over to the neighbors. I would use them again.

Came on time. Cut the tree and ground the stump. No problems with service. Never charged the credit card, just sent us a few bills and called for payment a couple of months after work was completed. Simple miscommunication.
