Very pleased with their work. They installed a charger in my townhome garage for my new EV. I talked with John initially, and he quickly walked me through a number of issues over the phone and by text messaging in advance of their visit, to make sure that the circuit could handle the charger, and that I was ordering an appropriate charger. Tyler and Taylor did the actual installation. Everything went well. They followed up and arranged an inspection with the Town of Cary. I was able to receive the Duke Energy rebate for installing an EV because they had done everything correctly and billed clearly.

First to the last impression, FABULOUS! They arrived on time, got right to work installing a tricky, light fixture. They were kind and patient with my requests to make adjustments to the fixture. They even helped me look up information about my bulbs to educate me. They cleaned up too. If I were to give the next customer that is interested in having them install a chandelier suggestions they would be: Open your box first and make sure you understand how much assembly there will be before you contact your electrician for a quote. Telling them the height of a ceiling and the width of the floor space for a ladder helps so they bring the right equipment. Thank again guys!! I love the fixture.
