John is very responsive. He is timely in communication and even was accommodating when I had to reschedule. Taylor and Gavin arrived early for the appointment. They were very courteous and friendly. Taylor was very thorough and explained everything including overall cost. Both Gavin and Taylor cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Bear Electrical Services.

The guys were very pleasant, quick and clean in repairing my ring doorbell chime Pro. They added a larger receptacle box and transformer to get it working perfectly. Would definitely call again!

Very pleased with their work. They installed a charger in my townhome garage for my new EV. I talked with John initially, and he quickly walked me through a number of issues over the phone and by text messaging in advance of their visit, to make sure that the circuit could handle the charger, and that I was ordering an appropriate charger. Tyler and Taylor did the actual installation. Everything went well. They followed up and arranged an inspection with the Town of Cary. I was able to receive the Duke Energy rebate for installing an EV because they had done everything correctly and billed clearly.

First to the last impression, FABULOUS! They arrived on time, got right to work installing a tricky, light fixture. They were kind and patient with my requests to make adjustments to the fixture. They even helped me look up information about my bulbs to educate me. They cleaned up too. If I were to give the next customer that is interested in having them install a chandelier suggestions they would be: Open your box first and make sure you understand how much assembly there will be before you contact your electrician for a quote. Telling them the height of a ceiling and the width of the floor space for a ladder helps so they bring the right equipment. Thank again guys!! I love the fixture.

Prompt, reasonable cost, efficient, and made sure everything was functional, as well as making sure they cleaned up everything where they worked before they left.

They were very responsive in contacting me right after I submitted my proposal request. They showed up as scheduled, performed the work, and stayed to make sure my problem was taken care of - oven was working and didn't trip the new breakers. I felt pricing was quite reasonable, especially with the senior discount! Overall a very positive experience!

The owner, John came to our house and replaced the laundry room light fixture with a new LED panel I had picked up from the hardware store. Spectacular customer service and technical expertise. John even repaired a small hole that was left behind from the 'old' fixture. Above all my expectations. I highly recommend and will call again if the need arises.
