The work that needs to be done with completed however the repairman left damage on my appliance so I am still waiting to hear from customer service.

The Serviceman didn’t explain that repair would take awhile to complete - the refrigerator needs to cycle through temperature regulation several times before completion of the repair.

A total mess. My GE dishwasher was not draining, and after less than five minutes I was told I needed a new drain solenoid. The part is about $20 on GEs parts website, but Bear wanted $250 for parts and labor. I was out of town and needed the dishwasher fixed ASAP, so I sucked it up and paid. Part took forever to come in, and the installer took 10-15 minutes to swap it out and **test** the repair. That night we ran the dishwasher, and the next morning we discovered that the dishes were not washed. I called them back out, and now a third technician actually took the time to figure it out. The actual control board was not working, so the dishwasher was never getting the signal to start filling it with water. No idea if that is the actual issue because Bear never called me back about obtaining the part. I searched for the part, and it appears GE no longer makes it. I called Bear back and got a promise that a service manager would call me back and rectify the situation since I has already spent so much money on a fix that did not work. It has been several days, and no follow-up from them. A complete waste of my time and money. On top of all that, they had agreed on the phone to have the third tech also look at an issue with the stove but once he arrived, he received a call from his office ordering him to not look at the stove because they wanted to send a fourth guy out for $59 just to tell me that the stove was not worth fixing. The point of calling them in advance to have the third guy also look at the stove was to avoid yet another service call and fee. I am very frustrated and will stay away from Bear in the future.

My appliance is still not fixed. They ordered the wrong part and now we are waiting for the right one!

While we didn't end up repairing our refrigerator we felt we had quality service. Our technician ben was polite, courteous and helpful. At his recommendation we decided to replace versus repair and Ben was helpful providing general thoughts and recommendations.

They were terrible from the start. Came out over three times and had me order parts that did not fix my refrigerator and I still have not received a refund. Its been over 2 months and I was told the refund was approved but still nothing. They fixed nothing with my fridge. Would never use them again.

called late in the day to find someone to look at my refrigerator. They sent someone out the next morning. Great service!

Major reason I called them was to replace the water filter in my refrigerator. The technician arrived with no filter! He ordered one and it is been more than 10 days and I still do not have it!

They were on time answered my questions and completed the job quickly.

Jim came out and did a walk-thru for the job of hanging drywall in our basement. We accepted their quote and set an install date for the 12th of April. On Wednesday the 7th, I received a call from Jim saying he had injured himself on a job and could we push the install date back an extra week till the 19th. I canceled my electrician finish install for the 19th and rescheduled with Bear for that date. Well, the 19th came and I waited till 12 pm before calling to see when they were arriving to start the job. You can guess where this is going by now. No one came, and no one answered the phone. I left messages on Jims cell phone and several messages on every phone number I could find for the Company. Got no response or return email from anyone. I even went as far as going to 3 addresses listed for office locations and none are valid offices locations. One address is a UPS Store. I did receive a call from the owner, James McFarlane Jr, the following day and was told he would return my deposit by the end of the week, but as you might have figured out again, that has not happened. I even called the office number again, but as usual, no answer so I left a message stating I was going the legal route. Please, I read all the reviews, they were referred, by more than one person, but please do not allow them to do any sort of work for you. The sad part, is I have not even gotten an apology from them. Nothing. I have informed the District Attorney, Local Police, and my Bank and am moving forward to get my deposit back.

disappointed Bear Services provider mounted 2 flat-screen TV's neither of which are centered, they said they would return to redo the job, after several calls, messages left, no one has reached out to me to reschedule. Very disappointed with Bear Services, and the lack of attention to details.
