I paid $500.00 to have a tree taken down to ground level. He left a 6" stump saying there was wire in the way and he couldn't fully cut it down. I was in a hurry so I paid him. Later when I looked at the job I realized there was some chicken wire at the base of the tree but it could easily be cut away. I removed the wire and asked Bridger to come back to finish the job. We made an appointment to do so a day later but he cancelled because he was suddenly "sick". After that he would not answer my calls. I made contact with Angi's head office and started a complaint. I called Bridger and left a message about this action. He then called me back and did finish the job. This experience caused me a lot of stress.
