David and his coworker showed up on time and were very friendly and helpful. He explained what needed to be done, the costs, and how to maintain my heating/cooling pumps yearly. They were very professional and quick to get the maintenances done. I’d highly recommend this family owned and operated company for any heating and cooling systems service or repairs

David at Bearded Bear Repair HVAC replaced my gar water heater in my rental unit. He was excellent to communicate with, and the job was done quickly. Being that I live out of state from where my rental unit is David made sure to communicate each step of the process. He went above and beyond working with my tenant for placement of the water heater. Pricing was extremely fair, much less than other quotes I received. I am very happy with David and his service and will definitely keep him in mind for any services I need in the future.

Central A/C Service or Repair
I called them in desperation because relatives were due and the AC wasn’t working in their bedroom area. We have had problem with that for YEARS! I called and he said that because of the situation he would find a way to come out and fix it.
Long story short- he fixed a problem that a bunch of others had screwed up for years. The AC system finally works the way it is supposed to. Our relatives found their room comfortable (for the first time in a bunch of years). They were kind, clean, knowledgeable and efficient . They honed in on the problem and fixed it right.
I can’t thank them enough for what they did.
