In the middle of a project my contact with them has been broken. If this get's resolved I will be happy to post an update.

"Our company has no record or recollection of this project. We believe this customer is referring to a loss of contact during the introductory phase (when a customer is selecting an architect). It is inconceivable that we would EVER walk away from a client. We have certainly had some challenging projects, but we have ALWAYS seen them through to the end. - Scott Beardslee"
