Replaced a sump pump. Bear was great. He had me send some photos of the old sump pump and pipes, ordered the parts, came ready to install and did a great job. Very happy with the quality, price, and service.

Bear came out the same day and fixed our dropping under the counter sink. Both of them were very good at what they do. Thanks again!!

They responded quickly to my Home Advisor request and, after looking at the needed work, were able to do it the same day. Overall, pleasant to deal with them.

They came out to check for broken pipes on the outside of my property. They spent 3 hours at the home to tell me that they were not sure what the issue was and that they would need to excavate. Not sure when they could get to it, and today's charge was 485. I refused to pay that for no repair or solution and he only reduced the amount by $100. Said he would provide an estimate for the excavation, never received it. Will never ever use this company. They did not seem to know what they were doing or simply were not motivated for the job! I hired a different company that fixed the problem in under an hour with no excavation, and for only 285. Again after talking to the new plumber, the first group had no clue what they were doing!

I called from Florida to get a home repair in Ohio on a Sunday, and by Sunday evening my tenants had a new dishwasher, and no more plumbing worries under the kitchen sink! I was contacted by the dishwasher company cashier to pay for the item with a credit card, got photos of the job during and when it was completed, and was able to pay over the phone with a credit card a very reasonable charge based on the work. My tenants and I are both thrilled.

Did good work at a reasonable price.
