Beautiful Home Services, LLC is a home improvement company dedicated to superior quality and customer service. BHS specializes in exterior and interior painting, drywall from repair to full basement remodeling, carpentry (including decorative molding such as chair rail, wainscoting, shadow boxes, crown molding, etc. and rotten wood replacement including the use of PVC composite trim), tile work including back splashes and bathroom remodeling (from small makeovers to full 'gut' and rebuild/design), and other high-end finishes. The company provides the personal customer service and attention to detail of a small contractor, with the experience, size, and skill of a large company. BHS is a completely licensed, bonded and insured home improvement company.

Have used multiple times including full luxury bathroom remodel, repair of ceiling, exterior painting and rotted wood repair. Craig is hardworking, excellent communication skills, loves what he does and provides a nice choice of vendors to pick your tiles, fixtures... etc from. Even if you dont use them, they would be a great second estimate as they are so low pressure professionals with good ideas.

They hire subcontractors so the rate could be lower if you just find the subcontractor yourself.

"While we appreciate the high score on this rating, the comments are not completely true. This was a very specialized drywall project and we used a sub contractor who specializes in this type of work, which is why the score is so high. This contractors is vetted and insured. We don't just hire people off the street. The majority of our projects are done in house. A subcontractor hire by 'yourself' wouldn't be licensed, insured. The work wouldn't be managed by a company, and wouldn't be warrantied. All our jobs are warrantied for two years and managed by the owner of the company. We've been in business since 2006 and stand behind ever job 100%"

Bathroom Remodel
I hired them months ago and the project still isn't up to par. They had to replace a chipped toilet and replaced it with a geriatric one. They then brought another one and I don't know what they did, but water doesn't stay in the bowl. This company has caused a lot of damage in my home. It took 4 weeks to complete the powder room floor. It's a small room. They finally replaced the tiles they cracked but it started in late may and was finally done the last week of Oct. They promised over a month ago to refund me the cost of the tiles they broke. I haven't seen that yet. They ruined carpet, wall

"This lady put of a fraudulent rating earlier about a painting project we didn't do. In this situation she is again confused about the facts. The toilet was chipped before we started any project and was documented. We replaced it for free to try and make her happy, then she complained because she didn't like the free toilet we gave her, which was a standard toilet! The cost of the one broken tile was ~$10, which has been refunded to here as of writing this response. She blamed us for damage done by another contractor."

Bathroom Remodel
the tile work was done well. The scheduling once the job started was bad. The painting was pretty bad but I think it was mostly the secondary worker. I provided painters tape in all the bathrooms and it wasn't used and there were a number of blotches etc. There is still paint on the light fixture in the master bathroom.

There was always someone available to answer any questions I had. They were spot on with their estimate, including the amount of paint they would need. The finished earlier than they expected and the paint job looks great! I definitely recommend them, and will be passing their information along.

They came into the job and verified that what we had agreed on was the actual work that needed done before beginning the work. The entire team, including everyone we met during the process, estimation, consulting, painters, superviser, are all very professional and accomondating. We are very satisfied with the painters, obviously very skilled in what they do, and how they do the job. They set up and cleaned up every day, making sure things are put away safe so kids are free to roam around after they come home from school. They did an awesome job. Thank you very much, BHS.

We think Beautiful Homes Services, Inc. did a great job in painting the entire interior of our home, as well as the outside trim and shutters. We appreciate your prompt response to our requests and the efficient generation of the quotes for the different parts of our project. During the time your employees were in our home, we found them to be always pleasant, very courteous and patient as we moved some of our belongings from room to room. Really wanted to love these guys, but they subbed out the project to a bunch of different guys (after pitching us that they would only have their people in the house) and there were a number of miscommunications that became frustrating and re-work that had to be done. Though they were relatively responsive, we never met the partner in charge of operations - would have preferred a final walk through in person. Their salesman set the bar high, so we had expectations that we may not have had if they hadn't sold us so hard. Just wanted what every home owner seeks - one person who knows the project to talk to be the true point person.

"This rating is surprising to us. First, we didn't sub out the job. Not sure where she is getting this from. Secondly, there was only one small miscommunication that was taken care of immediately. The work looked great and they paid immediately and said they recommend to friends. We pride ourselves in responding quickly to customer concerns, but we can't respond when the customer tells us everything is fine and we inspect the job and it looks great!"
