I scored what I did because it was supposed to be here at 1 but the guy did not arrive until after 5 pm. I understand things happen but when you are spending $350 for something you should get it on time. They did drop the price for me for the inconvenience which was nice. The lady on the phone was really nice and helped me in every way she could. Would still recommend it because I do not think this is a normal occasion for the driver to be so late. Customer service? I would rate it with a 10.
