I am completely satisfied with Becks. Every encounter from initial txt msg through phone call, scheduling, meeting the technicians, and their work in assessing and completing the repair was exemplary. My job was done in a timely manner which was a relief as another company quoted me a 4 day delay. My water was off at the main so I really didn't want to wait that long. The technicians were knowledgeable and professional and answered my questions. They left no mess behind. I have some future upgrades in the planning stage and will definitely consult with them at that time due to the experience I had today.
So, in short, my water is back on. My leak is gone. The technicians were wonderful. I recommend Becks without reservation

Very very pleased with the whole transaction. Had to have my hot water tank replaced. Being an elderly women, living alone, the technician was very sweet, informative and helpful.

Prior to arriving a notification with name and photo of the servicemen was sent. He inspected the leak, wrote the quote, I signed. The replacements were brought from their warehouse, he and a 2nd serviceman updated me as all work was being done. Both employees were professional, timely, polite, neat and I'm very pleased with their work. I give Beck A+++ and will utilize their services again.

DO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! Purchased a generator and service plan. Twice in the first year I had issues with the wifi modules, twice I had to call their office. Customer service is AWFUL, once you do get a person, you get to speak with Lucy or Carolyn. All they know how to say is "we need to charge you an extra 160$" to fix our issue". Not sure whose running this place, but now I have to find a different service provider because they install and then basically walk away. Josh Beck probably isn't a real person. This company may be out of China.

Yes. Todd came and he did a great job of fixing my broken water pipe that had broken under my deck during winter. He went right in with all the cob webs and got the job done in no time at all. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything. I would surely have them back for any other plumbing or electrical needs i need done.

Worked with Beck for almost 4 years now. They rewired an entire house, installed a new generator system, ran electric underground to a separate building, and ran telephone wires. Clearly, we had a good working relationship. They had a few stumbles out of the gate with quality, but I worked with the owner to try and get by them. Now, three years later, after installing my whole house generator, they refuse to service it. Josh will flat out not talk to me. The office called me a couple of months ago and asked what they could do for me to remove the low social media ratings I did, and I told them that they needed to decide what they needed to do. They did nothing and now have informed me that they will not service my generator⠦⠦.AFTER having set up appointments to do so and been a no-show for both of them. Iâ m sure they work out well for some people but hold their feet to the fire and they wonâ t like it.

Adam RUEGG with BECH Electric came out same day as my scheduled appointment was, in 13 degree weather, asked what I needed done to have electric to use at my address to use wirh a 20'FT. X 10'FT. Awning that had a volted motor to open and close, that needed proper electric installs outdoors, got new indoor outlet, wiring, so, he worked same time appointment was,sameDay, did very well, total, full, complete Satisfaction, no regrets, I am really pleased wirh his expert experience, and doing work in 13 degree weather,with ice, snow, wind, same time as the appointment was, same day. He did everything perfectly, and I can be able, now, to use electric motor& remote with my installed house awning now, to open& close awning, whenever I desire, for perfect amts. of Shade. they charged my credit card more than the agreed price after I caught this they refunded $399 - which was everything except a $99 charge for coming to my house which I had assumed was the minimum charge for the house call - not an additional charge

Outlet stopped working, found it was just the GFCI button. But the breaker did have too many outlets depending on it, so they separated one for us and installed a new breaker. They also identified an area outside that wasn’t sealed properly anymore and was allowing water from outside and into the fuse box. They fixed that too. Totally replaced the outside wiring that feeds into the meter and then into the house in like 1 hour! Lastly they installed a new ceiling fan we bought and identified a bad leak for their plumbers to come fix. (Old house) They were beyond professional and clean WHILE they worked. Also cleaned up after themselves. Fairly priced. Five stars 10 stars all the stars. :)
