Write a ReviewDO NOT BELIEVE THE REVIEWS!!! Purchased a generator and service plan. Twice in the first year I had issues with the wifi modules, twice I had to call their office. Customer service is AWFUL, once you do get a person, you get to speak with Lucy or Carolyn. All they know how to say is "we need to charge you an extra 160$" to fix our issue". Not sure whose running this place, but now I have to find a different service provider because they install and then basically walk away. Josh Beck probably isn't a real person. This company may be out of China.

Plumber who came out had good customer service. Solved one leak and gave me two possibilities for the second one.
Estimate was 614.00 for 6 outlets. Job done it came to 694.00. I will not rehire them again!

Yes. Todd came and he did a great job of fixing my broken water pipe that had broken under my deck during winter. He went right in with all the cob webs and got the job done in no time at all. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and explained everything. I would surely have them back for any other plumbing or electrical needs i need done.
Worked with Beck for almost 4 years now. They rewired an entire house, installed a new generator system, ran electric underground to a separate building, and ran telephone wires. Clearly, we had a good working relationship. They had a few stumbles out of the gate with quality, but I worked with the owner to try and get by them. Now, three years later, after installing my whole house generator, they refuse to service it. Josh will flat out not talk to me. The office called me a couple of months ago and asked what they could do for me to remove the low social media ratings I did, and I told them that they needed to decide what they needed to do. They did nothing and now have informed me that they will not service my generator⠦⠦.AFTER having set up appointments to do so and been a no-show for both of them. Iâ m sure they work out well for some people but hold their feet to the fire and they wonâ t like it.
We apologize for any miscommunication, we have not done any service for you in this year, when these issues had occurred, we did resolve them in a timely manner at no charge, this was not able to satisfy you, unfortunately we are unable to come up with another solution. Based on your previous Google reviews with other companies, it looks like no company will be able to meet the 5-star service expectation. At this point we do believe it is in everyone's best interest to end the business relationship.
The team from Becks had our generator installed - up and running in 4 1/2 hrs. The service manager, Kyle Thorne came out to do a final inspection and it was perfect.
