I hired Beckett and Company, LLC to put knob on the bathroom shower and install a dishwasher, when the dishwasher is running it will trip the circuit breaker, when I call Pat she always has an excuse , they did come out to look at it, it worked for 3 days and I still have the same problem, the last communications I had with Pat was August 8, 2020 and now she will not return my text

Pat and her crew are fabulous! We had them come in to fix another contractors mess. They have been nothing short of exceptional to work with. Beckett and Company were/are pro's. I had interior doors hung. They contacted me and we settled on a a price and when the work was to begin. The team showed up on time and was very mindful of my days schedule. The actual work was done to my satisfaction completely. I did have occasion to call them back for an adjustment on a door. The response I received to my request was met without any resistance or hesitation. Once again they came, on time, and took care of the concern. Today I can recommend Beckett with full confidence, I'll be keeping their business card handy for future help from them!

This contractor is not honest and is using Home Advisor phishing for money. They are not qualified to do the work.

"Per our written agreement, you are to pay 50% deposit for estimated labor. You were given a discounted price based on the amount of work being issued. Quote was for 4000.00, deposit totaled 2000.00, you paid 400.00 with promise to pay the remainder of the deposit by check. on 2 occasions we visited the property and actually began some of the work. We also completed some additional work that was not in the original agreement. At Beckett and Company we go above and beyond to maintain a more than satisfactory rating and will continue to give our customers quality workmanship at competitive prices, but we will not negotiate company policies."

Overall, I am satisfied with the work of this company. There were a few unexpected bumps along the way since it was a big project that needed to be done. Even so, Ms. Pat handled Everything accordingly and with professionalism. She is very courteous, knowledgeable, and at the end, she came through and met my expectations on the construction of the playground for my children.
