Water Heater Installation and Replacement
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Not only do they charge significantly more that other companies, but they also are rude and try to take advantage of single moms. I used them because they came recommended by someone who used to have a plumbing business. Their price was much higher but my friend assured me they would stand by their work so I could rest assured that it was money well spent. It was not. When they were doing the installation, the two guys that were here called me to come downstairs to tell me that something was gushing water everywhere and that they did not cause it, it could not be fixed and needed to be replaced. When I had looked at everything when they got here, everything was dry/no leak. So somehow in 45 minutes after they were here a gushing leak sprung. The replacement would be almost $400 and they did not do it. The owner showed up and I told Matt that was unacceptable and he found out that it was really just a rubber O-ring that needed to be replaced because it broke when they pounded on something. I was upset at their attempt to take advantage and told Matt so. He did not seem to really care but was just relieved it was fixed. That was a couple of weeks ago. Since the hot water heater replacement, I have not really been able to take a shower for longer than five minutes. I have not wanted to deal with them again for obvious reasons but I also wanted them to complete their job to customer satisfaction so I called on Monday and the lady said that Matt would come out today and look at it. When Matt called me he said that is not something that is a cause of changing out the hot water heater but that he could come and give me an estimate for new work. I said why would I pay for new work when this was not an issue prior to changing out the hot water heater and he said that I am just looking for problems. He also accused me of saying you are going to regret this when what I was going to say was & you are going to accuse me of trying to find problems? Still cold showers.

"We appreciate all feedback from our customers, Keri. We also understand that replacing water heaters is not cheap, We did give your our friends and family discount. For clarification, when our technicians were doing your installation, please understand it was necessary to shut off the water main in a separate closet. It was then that the technician noticed a drip coming from the Pressure Reducing Valve. Our technician called the master plumber who was down the street bringing the new water heater. The technician then informed you about the leak, we understand that this was unexpected. When the master plumber, Mathew Beck, arrived minutes later, he reassured you nothing was done by the technician to cause a leak. Mathew then continued to find a pinch in the existing 25 year old O ring on the PRV. We reassured you that there would be no extra charge, and the repair would be included in the price of the water heater. The water heater and all its components were installed and it passed its start-up and Safely Combustion Test before we left. Yes, you did call us two weeks later with an issue regarding two faucets, this being a different issue, it would require a separate diagnosis and free estimate."

Matt has done a great job for us several times since we moved into this mobile home. He installed one toilet, and today came on an "urgency" basis when we began to have problems with the other. He is friendly, respectful, and took the time to explain to both of us what he was doing and also what might need attention in the future. We would not hesitate to recommend him.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Matt addressed my needs immediately. The day before company was coming for the Easter weekend my hot water heater started leaking water -- isn't this always when emergencies like this happen? Then you're dealing with guests, the holidays and no hot water! Matt came over immediately after our first contact and we were good to go a couple of hours later -- with a new awesome hot water heater! Thanks Matt! You will be my person for all plumbing/heating/air conditioning needs from now on!
