He aarrived on time. We discussed the project which he was fully aware of from my initial discussion with the office. He told me the outcome I could expect and lived up to him word. The price was what I was quoted. There were pieces that had to be cleaned that wasn't discussed. He cleaned them also at a very reasonable price.
