"Yes ma'am after we made a mistake at the first clean I asked you to do a walk through at the end of each monthly cleaning to make sure it was to your satisfaction. If we had missed anything again we were going to fix the problem while we were there, however at the end of each clean after the one mistake you never mentioned another since we started doing walk throughs. We were at your house each clean 2- 3 hours we didn't just grab the money and run. I apologize if we were not clear that cleaning houses was are 2nd job. Since you were a monlthy clean the date and time was never the same but we discussed this also. We attempted to come every 3- 4 weeks and made the appointment time with that much notice. We didn't lose a bunch of houses. Not sure where that come from. Not sure about the no call no show I had you down for January 27th at 830 am for your next clean. We were there December.
