Very timely in performance of the work of installing a new shower valve. Installation was completed the same day and valve was of high quality as was the installation. I would definitely hire them for my plumbing work.

The job took very little time. But I was charged for the estimate which I did not think would happen and the job which took very little time but I was charged for the entire hour.

I am sorry you feel like you were overcharged, however, you were not charged for an estimate. On your ticket, it clearly states you were charged for a service call and one hour of labor, and you would have been charged a service call by any plumbing company that came out to perform work for you. The tech was at your house for 10 minutes on the first visit and did not have enough time to complete the job before his next appointment, so he rescheduled for later that day. When the tech returned the second time to perform the work, he was there for 40 minutes. I do not think one hour of labor and a service call was out of line.
