The quote was the lowest - so I went with them. I have not done bug spraying before or since - so I don't know how they fare as compared to others. There was really not much done - just a small spray which one could get in Home Depot, but he did know where exactly to find ants. There was a noticeable decrease in bugs and ants following the spraying, though they were not completely eradicated. Three stars for finding the ants and the price. He also came back to spray the foundation as a follow-up the next week for free. Extra star for that.

John was a professional. He also listened to all my concerns. He worked with me to give me the services that would give me a clear apartment to my satisfaction and he was always available when I called him. He did whatever was necessary to get rid of my pest issue and he followed through with his services. He even gave me advice to deal with my landlord. John truly cares about his customers and delivers. I would recommend him to anyone needing pest control.

I would not recommend them besides they are hard to get a hold of. My technician was not qualified to do the job- he made the problem worse.

"We are sorry that you had a bad experience with us. When spraying for general pests or bees, at least 10 days need to pass for any results; the chemical needs time to work. Our technicians are trained to explain that, initially, you will probably see more activity. Call us on our cell, 800 number or email us (we provide all of the above). We will come out and re-treat at no charge."

Too expensive for job needed. Did not even walk around house or look in attic for signs of rodents.

"The lead was for mice int he basement, this is why the attic was not explored. I walked around the entire house and pointed out the areas of concern for mice entry. It is unfortunate that I never got to treat her home for this issue; then my qualifications would have shown through. Thank you."

I wish I had asked whether John had tall ladders to reach the areas where we are having problems with carpenter bees. We managed but I would recommend that he ask future clients whether ladders are required. John was knowledgeable and I hope our problem is solved.
