The business is not efficient in estimating their time of arrival. I waited >3 hours for them to show up.

"I take pride in a 2 hour window of arrival in the service industry. This customer scheduled the appointment through email. In the email it says "I will arrive sometime between 3-5pm and I will call when I am on the way." This customer called at 3:02pm upset and indicated that I was late. I did arrive at 5:00 and I did call when I was on my way."
