The unit is among the most energy efficient on the market, and that's what we were looking for. The technicians were at our house until very late in the evening (maybe 8:30 or 9pm). Worse, is that they caused some property damage during the repair that they never fixed. The ladder going up to our attic appears to be broken. Finally, no one has made a follow-up phone call as of yet to see how we feel about our $11k purchase.
