I am utterly and thoroughly thrilled with the service I received. The technician (Jeff Jones) worked carefully and methodically to track down the cause of the problem I had. In addition, I anticipated having to pay $500-1000, but ended up writing a check for $109.02. This is a terrific company and Jeff Jones is a superb technician. When you call, ask them to send him!

The person that initially looks over the job and gives an estimate is a very nice person and easy to work with. The person that actually did the work seemed like he did not want to be doing my job. He was supposed to come a day early to see what tools he needed, he didn't therefore he didn't bring the right equipment. He did the job but left quite a mess of my yard for me to clean up.
