The other company referred by HomeAdvisor contacted me, but never followed up after telling me they would call back that day. Beeline contacted me, discussed their approach, pricing, timeline, and allowed me to schedule either a single treatment OR a one-year agreement with a clearly stated cancellation policy. After their initial treatment I encountered a creepy crawly. When I called them for a follow-up treatment, Beeline got me on the schedule with one question asked (what type of bug). First rate Customer Service!

The two other companies HomeAdvisor referred would not treat my hornet problem without me signing a contract for annual service or pay twice as much for a one time treatment. Beeline was much more personable, professional and half the price without even trying to push a contract.
