Brad Neibaur did a very well on our Kitchen remodel. He communicated very well on the job aspects. The kitchen remodel turned out very beautiful it was the design that I was looking for. Would Hire him again

Been Framed - Brad Neibaur workmanship is just awful! We were told our job would take 2-3 months, it took almost a year and a half. He has an issue with doing things level, doors, outlets, lights. When he did show up he would work for maybe 3-4 hours. Many weeks he was MIA. He also uses the cheapest, lowest quality material he can find. We ended up replacing all of the canned lights he installed to the tune of $500. Lots of the lights started to burn out. I would never hire Brad again, not even to build a dog house! Beware!

My wife and I hired Brad Neibaur, owner of Been Framed Construction, LLC, to finish/remodel our basement. His work is mediocre at best. On several occasions, I had to point out obvious mistakes like lights not being straight or level with each other. But I think the biggest issue is that after being paid in full he abandoned the project. He misappropriated funds. He told us he had paid off contractors with the money we paid him, but later we found out he did not when a lien was filed against our property. According to the signed contract he still has almost $15k worth of work to complete. But he refuses to answer our calls or text messages. He said the job would take 6 to 8 weeks. He should have been done in March of 2022. It is now September. We have since contacted our attorney and are pursuing legal action. Do yourself a favor DO NOT HIRE BRAD OR HIS COMPANY!

We canâ t say enough good things about â our handymanâ Brad Neibaur with Been Framed construction. Brad takes ownership of projects and works long hours to complete the projects to your satisfaction. He has an incredible breadth of knowledge and abilities, but knows his own limits, and is well-connected with other people in the adjacent industries to recommend you to someone who can help with each area of your project. He is very fair in his pricing/bidding or hourly when that is arranged. He takes the time to teach us new things to help us be more self-sufficient in things that will save us money to do ourselves in the future. Brad takes pride in his work, has vision, heart, integrity, and work ethic. When we moved to Boise, we wished we could have taken him with us. Our loss is your gain! Hire Brad for (almost) anything!
