Not reliable. Did not complete repair and would not get back to us when we called. We paid in full and refrigerator was not repaired

Patrick (Owner) and his assistant were remarkably EXTREMELY Professional in all facets (technical expertise, respect of my property and pricing!) They worked WELL as a team! No need to call anyone else! Patrick s wife was very professional on the phone! I was so impressed overall, I gave a $20.00 tip! I would welcome anyone s contact but unfortunately in today s time it is not wise to publish your personal contact info! I own my own small business in the service industry and would hire either of them immediately and without any reservation! They both are QUALITY PROFESSIONALS!

Patrick was fantastic! We were short of some parts and Patrick came back on a Sunday to complete the repair! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

Patrick showed to me that honest service can exist in the service industry. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it very quickly. He could have ended up replacing parts, etc. and charging me for unnecessary repairs. I was very impressed with him and have already told neighbors that he is the one to call for any appliance repair.

Patrick was a true professional. Called me back promptly after my initial request, came to fix our commercial ice machine the same day I called and even fixed our other ice machine while there. He did a great job and the price was fair. We will positively be using him again in the future!
