Central A/C - Service or Repair

We hired them to investigate issues with our central air unit. The issue was caused when the technician who came out ran over our well completely destroying the well cover, pipes, and pump connection. He did apologize and had some of his family members come to reconnect the well line but never returned to recover the pipes or replace the well cover as he said he would do. Since then we have been unable to reach anyone with the company and those we have talked to state they are not affiliated with them anymore.

Outdoor light above stairs to an apartment above our garage. Showed up and the new light they brought did not work with our box. Instead of changing the box they had to run to the hardware store to get a new light. The light has a motion detector and timer. The timer was not adjusted properly and the light stays on only for two seconds. The motion sensor only faces one direction the upstairs door and will not come on to go up stairs. They did not suggest changing the box to operate properly at the time of install. I called and told them I wanted the timer fixed and a price before changing the box. Have not heard back since cricicizing.
