We had our driveway done last week. We are very satisfied with the work they did. We went from a gravel driveway to asphalt. Jamien was very helpful and answered all my questions and if I had any concerns he took care of them quickly. They were always easy to get a hold of and always responded to emails quickly. The quality of their work was great. The pricing was also very good. Overall I am very happy with their work and customer service. I would recommend Beiler Brothers Asphalt to anyone. We recently had our old asphalt driveway replaced by Beiler Brothers. I was initially impressed with the price which was about 25% less than their competition. I am also impressed in the efficiency and detail of the work performed. Watching them work was a pleasure and I was left with the impression that every member of their staff is a true professional. This work was done about four months ago. Water is draining perfectly which is a major improvement over our original driveway. I highly recommend Beiler Brothers. They will be my first contact for any of my paving needs in the future.

DO NOT HIRE FOR ROAD DRAINAGE! We hired Beiler Brothers to install road drainage for our gravel private lane in January 2017. I had drawn for them a diagram and had agreed in writing that they were to install two catch basins at the top of the drive, run 10 inch pipes to the side of the road under the grassy part of our yard, and tie in an 8 inch drainage pipe that came down through the yard from the neighboring property. They were then to bring in a load of gravel to freshen up the lane. On the day they arrived, without even knocking on my door to let me know they were there, they started digging up the entire lane and had piled dirt in my neighbor's yard. I immediately ran out and asked what the he** they were doing. Instead of bringing a backhoe, they had brought a BobCat and therefore were unable to dig an appropriately sized channel. At this point, what was done was done. I went back inside and they continued their work. Near the end of the day, I came out to inspect the work to discover that the road was not properly graded and they had piled up gravel around the catch basins so high that any average sized car would have bottomed out on it. The lane looked like a mud pit and they had run out of gravel. They wanted me to pay an additional $300 for more gravel which I firmly told them would not happen as the agreement was they would not dig up the lane. Their failure to follow the contract on how to install the pipes was what lead to the lane being a muddy mess. I told them THEY would get the gravel at their cost and restore the lane to the condition it was in before they arrived. Then I went to inspect the tie-in of the 8 inch pipe. Here is where I get really ticked off. They had used an existing dry well and cut the 8 inch pipe in half so that it first drained into the dry well, filled the well, and then flowed out the other end instead of doing a solid pipe all the way to the 10 inch pipe as agreed upon. Just this weekend, June 23, 2018, we discovered that they NEVER USED A Y CONNECTOR to connect the 8 inch pipe to the 10 inch pipe. Instead, they cut a slit in the 10 inch pipe and shoved the 8 inch pipe all the way into it. This discovery was made after the 10 inch pipe clogged and we hired someone to help us figure out why it clogged. Turns out, there was no clog. The f****** 8 inch pipe was shoved all the way in and blocking the flow!!!!! Furthermore, because they did not punch holes properly into the concrete drainage basins to connect the pipes, they are crumbling. We paid $2,850 to these jokers and now must spend even more money fixing the connections and the basins!

Extremely organized, when straight to work

I would give this company an A+. They were wonderful to work with and we cannot recommend them highly enough. Our old concrete driveway was removed and a new asphalt one installed in a timely manner. We liked Jamien from the beginning when he came for the estimate. He was polite, professional and not at all pushy. The entire crew was also professional, polite, hardworking and efficient. We were having a lot of other projects done at our house at the same time and our nerves were a bit frayed (not from the Beiler Brothers, just from the huge remodel we had gotten ourselves into) and they were very flexible about scheduling and very understanding about our cost concerns. Beiler Brothers definitely had the best price, but we chose them for not just the price but also for how the entire process went leading up to our signing the contract. They continued to communicate with us through the entire process and patiently addressed our questions and concerns. The crew didn't listen to loud music and there was no swearing. They came when they said they would, and they left the property in good shape when they left. Our son and his wife are getting a new driveway next year, and they plan on having Beiler Brothers do the work. And we would like them to come back to make an extension on the existing driveway that we couldn't get at the time. Overall, working with this company was a very positive experience.

Checked with 3 companies, they were the least expensive the most friendly, fast and quality work. Jamie, Lloyd, Brian and the whole gang. So so impressed with their customer service I ran out to Sheetz to buy them all hot dogs and drinks. Highly recommended (no, I don't know them personally and am not a family member...serious recommendation!).

They arrived on time. I spoke with them quickly about we previously planned. They quickly got to work and got the job finished in a timely fashion. Very professional. Very polite. Answered all my questions without hesitation. I would gladly use these guys again.

Went over and above to satisfy our needs

Beiler Brothers team was very professional. Always received a reply very soon after contacting Jamien Beiler. They took great care in addressing potential water issues with paving over concrete. Damaged areas of concrete were removed before paving started. Left the driveway very clean after the job was complete. Estimate was very reasonable. Very Satisfied.

The team were so easy to work with, took my design and made it a reality. They were really concerned with me being satisfied.

Contacted Beiler Brothers Mid-May for a quote. I believe I spoke with Jamien every time, and he is very responsive and respectful (as are all of Beiler Brothers..brothers). At first I was only given a quote for part of my driveway, and I wanted an additional 20 feet added on to extend into our back yard. I called, and he updated the quote without a problem. I compared to others, and their reviews were more consistent and higher. Not only that, but they came in much lower in cost! I imagine this was mainly due to them offering the ability to provide them a place to dump within 2-3 miles on our house. I went on Craigslist and found someone looking for fill, and they had no problem dumping there. Anyways, obviously we signed the contract and we requested this be done before July 2nd (our daughters birthday party). They were accommodating and said they could squeeze us in at the end of June. Fast forward to a week before paving, and they scheduled a hard date of the last Wednesday. They showed up around 8AM, and were done by 3-4PM. This was a decent size job (in my eyes). Our driveway was about 75 ft long and 10-12 feet wide, and another section that was 20 ft by 25 feet. The additional 20 ft section needed dug down more due to the terrain. I requested that they make sure that water is irrigated down the driveway, away from our house and yard. They had no problem, and did a much better job than I expected. I anticipated them to put a few inch high curb like you normally see in paving, but what they did was put a very low angle (but longer) curb on. When you see it, it looks like it's just a part of the driveway. Above and beyond section. I had 4 trees in the driveway. I had a professional remove 3 of the 4 (another story), but they did not grind down the stumps. I ended up removing the 4th tree myself, and grinding down the 4 stumps myself. However, one of the trees was in a gravel driveway and couldn't be fully ground down. I did everything I could (without getting some big equipment) to remove the rest of it, but I could not. Beiler Brothers dug out the remaining of the tree stump for me without complaint. There were also some heavy roots in the back that they had to remove, also done without complaint. The last issue was (as I figured), the neighbors wall that ran along our driveway, did not go down far enough to meet the driveway at the end. They asked what I would like done, either go up against the dirt or they could ramp the asphalt up to meet the wall. I elected to ramp up, as I can always take it out later and put block/concrete in. Overall, the driveway looks very well done. We've had one heavy rain storm since, and it seems to mitigate water like I wanted. Time will tell on how well once it's sealed.

Very satisfied with the whole experience from the estimate to the finished driveway. They were responsive to phone calls and also kept in touch by email. Always very polite and professional. Slight delay due to weather conditions but were able to get our job completed in a timely manner. I would certainly recommend Beiler Brother's Asphalt.

It can be hard to get a hold of contractors after the work is complete and you've already paid. That was not the case here. I had to ask them something a few weeks after the driveway was finished and they got right back to me. Overall I am very happy with their work and customer service.
