They were really great to work with and very personable. Clean up was really good too and they left me firewood.

They came when they said they would, they did what they said they would, they were clean, they worked as they said they would even though I had to leave and they had a very reasonable price. I am very happy that I chose them.

Very tall trees and bushes in my neighbors yard had branches which had grown over our yard creating a problem. The leaves from the trees fell into my pool making a problem for my filter. Plus 2 trees were in danger of falling onto my house in a storm. Not to mention the nuisance of raking their leaves out of my yard every fall. Benjamin Tree Services came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. The gentleman was very professional, knowledgable, and very kind and polite. I felt assured that the work they proposed would take care of my issues without doing unneeded work. They took down two trees and extensively trimmed several very old tall trees making sure they were no longer hanging in my yard. They trimmed bushes that were growing over and even through my fence. The end result for me was a very improved yard. And for a very reasonable price. The workers cleaned up so beautifully that it was a pleasure to see my new improved yard. Benjamin Tree Services did everything they had promised. Their work was excellent. They were competent and efficient so that it did not take longer than it had to. Thank you Benjamin Tree Services. Great job!! Highly recommend!! This company responded to my initial telephone request immediately. They arrived on time at my residence to remove two trees that were dangerously leaning. They were strategic by being carefully aware of my surrounding prized maple trees and shrubs. Also, cut the wood logs to a susceptible 16 to 18 inches in length for my fireplace and stacked the wood. A professional team, that cleaned up the stump removal shaving with landscaping equipment. Job well done.

They were very professional and made sure I was happy with everything they did on the property

Disappointed. I hired them to remove some very small bushes and a large tree that had fallen down. The tree was surrounded by bramble. The owner was well aware of what was required to remove the tree. Workers decided it was too much work and I ended up hiring someone else. I had to spend way more $$$ than originally quoted.

Price was very good! Scheduled work promptly. Did work professionally and cleaned up the site VERY thoroughly.

Benjamins price for the job was low and we hired him on the premise he would be removing the trees and the stumps with a stump grinder. I agreed on the price and then when my wife added two more trees to be removed they added a minimal price to the original quote. I called them that night and we booked them for the following day. When Benjamins his crew came back the next day to remove the trees the man in charge of the crew told me after the trees were removed he could not remove the stumps that day and not for the price I was originally quoted. They did not have the tools that day to remove the stumps but he told me they would be back the next morning and for an additional $300 they could get the stumps out and clean up the site. That is not what Benjamin and I agreed to but at that point, I said sure just to get it done. I gave them a good rating for their expediency in doing the job but Caveat Emptor.

Made an appointment to cut my tree, never showed up, never called to cancel.
