Absolutely the best experience! Heidi Rinker was friendly and fast with her bid, the packers were efficient, and Kim Taylor communicated all along the complex process of moving from Seattle to Mexico. Best yet, nothing was chipped, broken, or even smudged! Seriously, why look elsewhere for movers across town or internationally? Rates were fair and their customer service rocked!

They were the first one to contact us. the only ones that actually called. I liked the old fashion call from a business to conduct business. From start to finish they were quick and on top of things. Every single person I talked to was so nice. this was a complicated move for us and they made me feel so comfortable like no big deal we do this all the time. The office was so helpful. The men that performed the move were so great. They were so gentle with our things and very nice. I can not say enough great things about the men and everyone in this business.

As a small business owner myself, I know how difficult it is to find that kind of staff, but even after a long, hard, cold day they still had an awesome attitude and energy. I was also super impressed with how well (and positively) they communicated with each other, even when negotiating small doorways with heavy items!

The crew dismantled and reassembled two large custom building office units. We were worried about their ability to do so, but hey did an excellent job with both. No worries for us after all. They also moved larger furniture pieces. They were on time, efficient and friendly and their rates were very reasonable. Their initial estimator was also on time, efficient and friendly. And their operations coordinator always invited our comments, questions and concerns. We would definitely use Lakewood Bekins NW again.

In anticipation of your move, get a box of your own and keep all cables, cords and components together with you. They set up a parts box and some of the guys used it and some didn't.

We have made long distance moves 7 times, and had used most of the national brands - Mayflower, United, Graebel, Atlas. Bekins gave us the best service by far of all the national brands we used. It started with the onsite estimate by Jon Warner who was very accommodating and gave us a great sense of confidence. The packers were excellent and very careful with our furniture and other personal items. The move in at our new residence went very smoothly. Bekins kept us very well informed, and always met their commitments to schedule. The crew that unloaded the truck and moved us in were great as well. They were very careful with our possessions as well as our home. They went above and beyond. Moving is always a stressful experience, but Bekins made it as smooth as possible. We may never move again, but if we do, Bekins will be the only company we call.

The staff, from the front office to the movers themselves, were great to work with. Friendly and professional and worked efficiently. Even though I am on a very tight budget, they were well worth the expense and I would not hesitate to use them again or recommended them to others.
