Eddie was professional, and did a really fine job on our floors. I would highly recommend Bel Floors.

The communication with Eddie is great. He responds to text messages and is available when you need him. He doesn't try to sell you something you don't need and because of his knowledge and desire to do a great job, he will educate you so no worries remain. When spending a couple thousand dollars on floors you want to make sure it's done right, and Bel Floors assured us that they would before they even began. They installed about 800 square feet of unfinished hardwoods, then stained, coated, and installed shoe molding.

We hired Eddie to replace the flooring on our entire first floor. He was able to remove our old glued down flooring successfully. He identified and repaired all squeaks and uneven subfloors. He was easy to work with and was able to accommodate our busy schedules. We are extremely satisfied with the finished results. We would highly recommend him to anyone!

Eddie gave me an estimate over the phone based on my square footage and a few pictures I sent him. Pricing was very fair and up-front ($ per sq ft, $ per stair step, etc.). I was comparing itemized estimates from other companies, and Eddie explained that some of the items listed on other companies' estimates were not necessary for my situation. This saved me several hundred dollars. He was very flexible with our schedule, as we had to fit in the floor refinishing between other contractors performing work in the house. We worked together to come up with a custom stain mix to get the look we wanted. He also hand finished the nosing under my iron spindles to match the stair treads. We had a few boards that needed a little extra work on the poly once it dried; Eddie was happy to come back and take care of it right away. We love our floors!

Eddie did an outstanding job. He refinished our tired kitchen floors and did an amazing job matching the finish in the den and living room. His communication and references were excellent. Would highly recommend for any home project.

We are EXTREMELY happy with our new floors! The entire experience with Edward and his company was exceptional. We wanted to add (and match) new hardwoods to 3 rooms which are adjacent to an area that already had old hardwoods. Edward achieved this beyond our expectations because the new floor matches perfectly with the old floor. We would definitely hire him again and recommend him without hesitation! The quote was fair, the work was done on time and perfectly. They pieced in some hardwood to repair a room's floor, then refinished the entire room, and even brought the exact right color to match the wood to the floor it connected to. Very impressed.
