Timely and fixed problem!

I was seriously overcharged for 4 canisters of freon ($600). He said I needed freon which turned out not to be the problem. A real mistake.

Very reliable - came in and accessed the issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I highly recommend them for any heating and a/c repairs you may have.

Real good guy- did a good job but he was an hour late and expensive

My boiler broke in the middle of winter, seemingly the only time these break. I submitted a request for help late at night through Home Advisor and Kerby responded right away and said he would be there first thing in the morning. And he was. I was thinking my entire boiler was broken and needed to be replaced. He assured me it was a simple fix, would be fast and much cheaper than a replacement. He identified the issue, went to get the replacement piece, and was back in 20 minutes to install it. I mentioned I was having issues getting heat up to my 2nd floor and he identified that issue (a loose valve) right away. We also discussed options for more efficient heating for when I'm ready in the future. Kerby was efficient, professional, respectful (he didn't walk on the dining room rug with his work boots on even after I assured him it was ok!) and nice to chat with. I never once felt I was being misled or over charged and would absolutely recommend that you reach out to Belair for any HVAC needs.

They were prompt in getting back to me as well as attending to my no heat situation considering this all happened in a weekend. They kept in touch with me since I was out of state and let me know what was happening every step

I have a gas furnace that the flame does not kick on. I had first called Schedme

he called first thing in the morning as I requested plus my conversation with him on the the phone made me believe that he knew what he was talking about..... knowledgeable

He was available the next day, arrived early (unheard of!), and got the job done.

Very timely arrival, fully knew his business, warned me in advance that if my older system required freon it would be expensive (which I already knew), checked everything out and sadly my system needed Freon. Fixed it right up. Did it all at a fair price. Recommended!

Kerby at Belair was great, he called to schedule an appointment and came out same day, much appreciated. His expertise was evident and he was thorough...had the AC running cold in no time.

I had a relatively simply Air Conditioning problem, but needed it to be fixed ASAP (Sunday and Fathers Day to boot). Kirby was here within a hour ! and performed the repair in minutes. It was bit expensive, but considering the timing, well worth it. Shout out to Kirby and Belair Mechanical. I will definitely use them again if needed.

I was very satisfied with the work done by Belair Mechanical. The technician was very friendly and knowledgeable, he explained the problem and gave me some tips on what might cause a future problem. He arrived at the time he stated and was able to get my unit back to normal.

Kirby was very thorough with servicing my HVAC system. Will definitely be using this company again.

It was wonderful to have a repairman come, diagnose the problems, get the needed parts and fix the system....all in one day! Expensive but worth it.

Happy with the workmanship and quality of the repair. A little expensive but I would rather pay more to make sure the job is done right.

The technician was awesome! He was able to come over at 6 pm! That helped me a lot since I have a 9 to 5 job. The problem was resolved quickly and efficiently. He was able to explain the problem in terms I can understand. The sensor in our furnace was defective. I would recommend his services to anyone.

The repair that they performed did not fix the problem and when I called them back they said that they would call back the next day to schedule a time to but they never did and charged me $700. This is the second repairman that I used from HomeAdvisor and the last

Kirby and the crew were great! Had a pretty sizable A/C repair (line set from outside to attic), coil and condenser replacement, and they got it all done in a few days. Even came on Sunday. They had to go into the walls, and even had another professional come with them the last day to patch the walls back. Highly recommended.
