Absolutely horrible joke of a business. Asked for a quote for grinding a couple of small tree stumps, got a great rate, and signed the estimate. Then spent 5 MONTHS calling and emailing trying to get them to come and out and do the job. None of my emails were responded to, got the phone hung up on me a couple times, was given multiple excuses for why it hadn?t been done. Left voicemails requesting a call back and never got it. Overall horrible experience, would NOT recommend to anyone. I?d give zero stars if I could. Just pathetic.

One of the worst customer service experiences of my life. Unresponsive for weeks and weeks after dragging my family along to believe they would still be completing the job they started. Christian ("Founder and CEO") was quick to answer emails/calls of a new referral, but I haven't heard from him in over a month despite calls/emails and trying to reach out through their website.
The only thing more surprising than the terrible customer service I have received, would be if this company has a single repeat customer. I cannot believe that someone can run a business this way.
Christian came to cut down our tree on 5/23. Said he would be back that weekend to remove the stump. We have not seen Christian or heard from him proactively since then. He stopped returning communication after 7/8.

I highly recommend Belgian tree service, they have the best price, are professional, safe and get the job done..they cleaned up all debris, even a huge limb that fell in my neighbors yard, The tree was a very dangerous ash tree, and they took it down very safely-they know what they are doing!! Needed a large tree taken down as its roots were encroaching on my poolâ  s pumps, filter and heater pads. Belgianâ  s team took the tree down, working in tight spaces, cleaned up all of the residue, and ground the stump, with meticulous attention and care to not disturb the equipment. Great job, great price, good people - professionals in every sense of the word, they have my recommendation!

Belgian Tree Service came promptly, took out 2 tall juniper trees and 6 stumps, cleaned up the space and were done all in less than an hour. Their price was substantially lower than the two other companies I contacted. I highly recommend Belgian Tree Service. Patrick was very professional and knowledgeable. I will definitely use them again.

Recently, Patrick and his crew removed several trees on my property. Two were very close to my home and a neighbors house. No damage was done to either house or a fence next to the trees. The price was very reasonable compared to other tree services I have used.

Belgian tree service is a top notch company. Patrick called us back right away and provided us with a very fair quote. We had several large trees and a few small trees removed. We also had the stumps ground. In addition, we had some of the trees around our house trimmed and lifted. Patrick is so nice and was an absolute pleasure to work with. They did an amazing job on the tree removal and stump grinding. I also could not be happier with how our other trees that we had trimmed look! I was very impressed with the entire crew that worked for this company. Everyone was extremely knowledgeable and well trained! We called several companies for quotes before finding Belgian Tree Service. I am so happy that we found this company! If you need help with your trees... look no further!

They saw the need to quickly remove the tree before it came down on it's own. Removed that day, did a fantastic job of cleaning up the area, quick and reasonable. Nice too! Highly recommend! Will definitely use again.

I am very pleased with this company! They just took on a big messy job of a fallen tree in my back yard. The job was done in one day (I was skeptical but they did it!) and left my yard nice and clean. They even hauled away some more yard waste not even related to the tree. I feel the price was fair and I plan on having them do more work for me. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

The absolute worst experience with any company I have ever dealt with. We asked for two trees to be trimmed and a stump removed. They had us scheduled for a Tuesday, then rescheduled us for the Wednesday before. They came and trimmed the trees and moved all the cut limbs to our front yard. When they did this, they left them overhanging in our driveway and in our neighbors front yard. They were supposed to remove them Thursday. They did not. We tried several ways to get in contact with Patrick over the weekend to see why they were not removed, but did not hear back until Monday. He told us then that it will be Tuesday or Wednesday before they can be removed. Those days came and went. The branches were still in my front yard. On Thursday I called Patrick, who never answers, and the voicemail was full, again (This was a common occurrence and it was terrible trying to get a hold of him.). I then sent an email from the contact us section of their website. He did not call me back from the missed call or the email. About two hours later he did show up with a trailer. He dropped it in my driveway, blocking our vehicles from entering the garage. This was all with no notice or communication. We were pleased to see it though. Thought we would finally get these branches off the front yard and get rid of the eyesore. Nope! Thursday work was done. Well, on Friday, with no communication, some guys showed up and finally began fishing the job. The ground out the stump and cleaned up the front yard. Counting Wednesday it was be 9 days before they would complete removing the branches. The grass under the cut branches died. I was told by Patrick that it was okay and the grass would grow back. Did not feel real good about that. When it came to payment, things got real shady. He called my wife and offered a small discount if we paid and cash because of the trouble. He said that he could avoid taxes or something that way. He wanted to meet her and my kids at Kroger to do the transaction. I did not feel like the amount was adequate for our trouble and asked for a more fair deal. He said that he thought it was plenty fair and that I had three choices. I can pay the small discounted amount with cash, I can pay the full estimate with a check, or he is taking us to small claims court. He went so far as to tell me that I would have to pay his lawyers fees. Wow. He then said that we need to decide right now, at this very moment, because he has to go. He had my wife in tears after he left. Hire Patrick and this company if you want a one day job to turn into 9 days, 4 false promises of project completion, then have legal action threatened against you. Because only the very best companies take their dissatisfied customers to court rather than finding common ground.

Patrick arrived on time for initial meeting. Reviewed with me what the job entailed. He gave me a written quote . I called him to schedule the job and made a few changes. He was able to fit me in earlier. He cleaned up all the work debris. Very very pleased with his work.

These guys were great! We had a huge hackberry tree close to the house on the property line with our neighbors. Some of its limbs overhung the roof and some were intertwined with another tree in our neighbors yard. Patrick came out the day I called him and gave a very reasonable bid. Three guys arrived right on time and had the tree down and hauled away inside of two hours. They were exceptionally neat in their work and left the ground, driveway, and even the road out front clean. You would never know they had been there. I would hire them again in a minute!
