"We must apologize for any confusion. Unfortunately we do not service Above Ground Pools or any other Vinyl Lined pool for that matter. Our equipment typically is used on larger in ground concrete pools, as we specialize in chemistry balance and water efficiency it is possible to treat and recycle water, we do it regularly with green pools, but perhaps the equipment or treatment was not sustainable. We apologize for any confusion, a below average rating is hard for us to take, Please contact us with any questions, comments or concerns and we would be happy to clarify , we strive for greatness, and consistency is the backbone of our brand."

"Of the hundreds of clients we have done work for, the vast majority of them have nothing but positive experiences. Gracefully, a handful of them have shared with us, and future potential clients their view of our work. Unfortunately, not everyone is willing, nor do we all have the time to fill out a very detailed review, and it takes time just to submit one period, however ive come to realize that you cannot please everyone to the same level every time, even when the extent of work is far above typical expectations. People have their own views and expectations variant from the job that they pay for. In some situations, people request more than the originally agreed construction project, and subsequently desire more. If there are any inconsitencies between parties and agreed upon scope of work, the project will be placed on halt until an arrangement can be made to satisfy both parties of the construction project. In the event that a party become uncooperative and uncompromising we will have completed the original scope of work agreed upon to completion and end any future projects between either party."
